I am conducting independent academic research into how remote work affects the way employees speak up at work, and whether that influences their intention to stay with their organization.
This study examines three things:
- How remote work influences whether employees feel able to speak up (employee voice)
- Whether speaking up (or not) affects how long people intend to stay with their employer
- How autistic traits play a role in this relationship.
The research is conducted as part of a Master’s thesis at the Open Universiteit, supervised by an academic researcher.
